Product return and availability policy
The vendor studies requests and complaints and provides product information orally, in writing, by email, or via electronic forms. In the process of filing complaints or inquiries, the customer must use their order number or provide the necessary information for identification.
The store will respond to the claim within 14 business days from the time of receipt of all the necessary information that is made through the returns link.
Reimbursement is only possible if all the requirements established in these Terms and Conditions have been met.
The customer is obliged to resend the container with the product, the document confirming the fact of having purchased it (receipt or invoice) and the return form completed in 90 days from the time of purchase.
Claims and returns are accepted that will be managed individually by each store.
The refund amount is the price of the product minus the cost of delivery and operating costs, such as the cost of preparing the goods for shipment.
After the claim / return has been accepted, the money is returned to the account whose data was provided in the return form within 14 days or the delivery of a product chosen by the customer.
VeraOnline will not refund the amount or re-send merchandise until receipt and condition of the packaging and accessories of the item to be returned or exchanged have been verified in our warehouses.
In the event that the return requested by the user was not accepted by the supplier because he understood that the product whose return is intended did not comply with the conditions for its return indicated in this clause or had been used (provided that such use was not limited to the normal test to make a final decision on the purchase of the product), VeraOnline will return the product to the customer, who must bear the corresponding shipping costs.
DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
The Online Store is available within mainland Spain.
Therefore, the Autonomous Communities of the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands are excluded, as well as the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla.
Delivery or collection schedule
Deliveries of orders to the address provided by the Customer will be made from Monday to Friday, throughout the day, except public holidays, both national, regional and local, within a maximum period of 3 business days from when the Ordered and accepted by the platform. For orders placed during special offers or promotions, the delivery time can be five working days.
Shipping or Delivery Costs
The shipping costs will have a fixed cost associated with the weight of the merchandise, except in those locations where the order can be picked up in the store.
The delivery method will be to the address or address indicated by the Client.
The risks of loss or deterioration of the product are transferred to the Client at the moment he signs the delivery note.
In the event of the Client's absence from the address or address indicated at the time of delivery of the Order, the logistics company responsible for delivering the Order will contact the Client to arrange a new delivery date for the Order. In these cases, the Client must assume the delivery and / or collection costs again, if there are new surcharges.
PURCHASE AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE
Registration Prior to Contracting
To place an order in the Online Store, the User must previously register through the section of the Website "Register", indicating a username, password and email address.
Registration is free and common to registration on the veraonline.es website, therefore, if the User already has an account on the veraonline.es website, they will be able to access the Website and the Online Store with the same data (User and password) that you already had.
Once the User has registered, they must complete the "Personal Data" section and then the "Online purchase data" section.
The username and password are personal and non-transferable data of each User and must be in the custody of the same, so it is expressly prohibited to communicate them or facilitate their use to third parties.
In order to avoid their knowledge by third parties, the Users will refrain from writing down these keys in notebooks, wallets, papers, post-it notes, etc., their storage being preferable.

WITHDRAWAL: RETURN POLICY
In order to exercise this right, the Client must send an e-mail to the email address email@example.com, within fourteen (14) business days following the date of delivery, in which they express their decision to desist from the purchase made and, consequently, to return the Product.
Once the previous communication has been sent, and up to the following fourteen (14) calendar days, the Client must send the Product to be returned to the address Calle mojigato 1, Planta 1 - Vera 04620 (Almaería), the direct costs relating to the return being assumed by the Client.
The Product must be unused and in perfect condition. Including accessories, documentation and original packaging. Once the merchandise is received, and after checking its condition, the amount will be refunded.

The guarantee period for products is two years, as established in Law 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. If after 7 working days of withdrawal period from the delivery of the product, the user detects a defect in it, he may contact the SAC.
